Flat rate: $4,500. Fee is waived if you award the insured scope to ADVANTAGE.

We introduce insurance after trust is established. If your property has covered damage, ADVANTAGE can support the claims workflow: documentation, scope narrative, estimate support, and adjuster coordination—so you stay hands‑off and informed.
